When we decided to relocate offices, we had to select a company to complete the Fit-Out work for the new office. I was presented with a list of about 20 companies that had the DIFC’s seal of approval and as I went through the list the company name itself caught my attention, although I couldn’t let that influence my decision to select them. The space transformation journey with our clients begins with the Discover phase.
These collaborative sessions help us to understand you better – your vision, objectives, brand values and corporate identity. It also helps you understand our design and build process, and the synergy we can achieve together.
The Discover phase defines the roadmap and creates a strong partnership.
Once we evaluate and consolidate all the inputs from our discover sessions, our team then moves into the Design phase.
Here, we brainstorm and leverage our strong understanding of architecture, design, art, engineering, trends, and people behaviour.
The result is a range of design concepts, layouts, approaches, mood boards and perspectives.
Once you’re happy and approve the way forward, including the concepts and designs, we enter the Deliver phase.
We gain regulatory approvals, prepare material boards and source samples for your sign-off. Our project managers and engineers liaise with contractors and suppliers and build to exact specs.
