Brief: PixelArtworks, with the intention of setting up their first office in Dubai at D3, approached us armed with a clear vision, even layouts, and mood boards. Their vision was to build an experiential space that would reflect their brand ethos, warmly welcome clients, and yet be simple and functional.
Our solutions: Although it was a relatively small project, it was an opportunity for us to flex our Build muscles and our Fitout capabilities.
We built the immersive room, the heart of the space, and fitted it out with a bespoke TV unit, seating, and ceiling panels in fabric to create the right ambiance, hide the tech and help with acoustics.
We crafted bespoke furniture, including shelving, storage, workstations, and spaces for office tech. An open pantry featured a coffee machine, accessories, and a cleverly hidden refrigerator.
A fully protected, glossy epoxy flooring, rendered an air of gleaming sophistication.
The open ceiling, with a specialized green paint finish, transformed it into a striking feature of the space and contrasted the sophisticated with a clean, industrial and functional feel. What’s more, the open ceiling maximized the feeling of spaciousness, reduced cost, and made it more eco-friendly.
As the glass façade streamed in natural light, we kept lighting fixtures to the minimum with clever pendant and downlights. MEP works, signages and stickers rounded off the official build.
PixelArtworks’ new office offers a warm customer journey and is a pitch-perfect showcase for the team’s amazing creativity and equally clever use of technology.
